We’ve shared many adventures together, and now we’re looking forward to the biggest one yet… marriage! This site has all the details, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
Can I bring my kids?
While we’d love to celebrate with your whole family, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adult-only occasion. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time. We are so grateful to have you and can’t wait to share this special time with all of you!
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list intimate. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What is the dress code?
Outdoor formal attire - dressy attire that feels comfortable outdoors! Since the ceremony and reception will be on grass and gravel, wider or block heels are best if you’re wearing heels. Once the sun dips behind the redwood canopy, the evening can get a little chilly — we recommend bringing a jacket or shawl so you can stay cozy while dancing under the stars.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and find your seat. We’ll begin right on time beneath the redwoods!
Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
Our celebration will be held outdoors beneath the redwood canopy. Since much of the venue is on gravel and grass, we recommend choosing shoes accordingly. As the evening cools after sunset, a light jacket or wrap will help keep you comfortable.
Is there parking at the venue? Are there rideshare options (Uber/Lyft/etc.)
Yes, there is parking available onsite. Please note that Philo is a small town and rideshares like Uber or Lyft are not reliable in the area. We recommend renting a vehicle if you’re traveling from out of town. For those who prefer private transport, we’ve listed local transportation services on our Transportation page that you can arrange directly.
